JomKiss Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Gaming Platform Usage Guide

📋1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the JomKiss platform, accessible via jomkiss.biz and any related applications officially released by JomKiss.

By accessing or using JomKiss services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• You are a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident residing in Malaysia
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Use of the online gambling platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you
• You are not using the services on behalf of any third party without JomKiss's written consent

👤2. Registration & Account Management

To access the full range of JomKiss services, you will need to register and maintain a valid account. The JomKiss registration process requires accurate and current information.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• An active and valid Malaysian phone number (used for OTP verification)
• An accessible and active email address
• A strong password must contain at least 8 characters
• Accurate personal information, including your full name as stated on your MyKad

2.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one JomKiss account only. Holding more than one account is a serious breach of these Terms. Should such a violation be detected, JomKiss reserves the right to suspend or terminate all associated accounts and forfeit any accumulated balances or winnings without compensation.

2.3 Accurate Account Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information in your JomKiss account is accurate and up to date at all times. Incorrect or misleading information — particularly regarding your name and bank details for withdrawals — may result in processing delays or account suspension.

💳3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on JomKiss are conducted exclusively in MYR. No foreign currencies are accepted or processed on the JomKiss platform.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

• e-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX
• Internet Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other major Malaysian banks

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the JomKiss account. JomKiss does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Bonus balances that have not yet met the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each player is entitled to claim each type of bonus once only, unless otherwise stated
• JomKiss reserves the right to void any bonus without prior notice if fraud or abuse is suspected

4.2 Rollover Calculation

Rollover is calculated based on the total wagering amount that must be reached before the bonus funds (and in some cases, the associated deposit) can be withdrawn. For example: a RM 100 bonus with a 20x rollover means you are required to wager a net total of RM 2,000 on eligible games before a withdrawal is permitted.

5.1 Game Fairness

All game outcomes on JomKiss are determined by an independently verified RNG (Random Number Generator) system. No party — including JomKiss staff — can influence or predict the outcome of any game.

5.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, system disruption, or software failure during a game session, JomKiss reserves the right to void the affected rounds and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance. Winnings resulting from a technical error will not be credited.

5.3 Sports Betting

• Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Bonus abuse through methods that go against the spirit of the offer
• Attempting to access backend systems or exploit technical vulnerabilities on the platform
• Account use by individuals under 18 years of age
• Managing an account on behalf of another individual without JomKiss's written consent

JomKiss reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms & Conditions
• Confirmation that the user is under 18 years of age
• Self-suspension request by the user
• Discovery of duplicate accounts held by the same individual
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities
• Failure to submit the required KYC documents within the specified timeframe

If an account is suspended for verification purposes (not as a penalty), any valid balance remaining after the investigation is completed will be returned to you within 5–10 business days. For terminations due to penalties (fraud, terms violations), JomKiss reserves the right to forfeit all balances and winnings without compensation.

⚖️10. JomKiss Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, JomKiss shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform
• Service disruptions caused by maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control
• Losses arising from inability to access your account due to a forgotten password or user device issues
• Any financial decisions made based on information available on the JomKiss platform

JomKiss does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions or errors at all times; however, we are committed to resolving any technical issues as promptly as possible.

📬11. Disputes & Complaints Procedure

If you have any dispute relating to a game, transaction, or your account on JomKiss, the following procedure must be followed:

• Step 1: Contact the JomKiss support team via live chat or email (support@jomkiss.biz) with full details of your complaint
• Step 2: JomKiss will investigate complaints within 3–5 business days and provide a written response
• Step 3: If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate your complaint to JomKiss senior management
• Step 4: If no resolution is reached, the matter may be referred to a neutral party for mediation

🔄12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

JomKiss reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will take the following steps when significant changes are made:

• An in-account notice on JomKiss will be displayed upon your next login
• The "Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent changes

Continued use of the JomKiss platform after any changes take effect will be considered your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
